This book provides a concise, but well-written biography of Agatha Christie, and excellent summaries of her books and her most famous sleuths, including Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple. A veritable compendium of encouragement for writers, readers, for everyone really. My boys love this book. The actual book doesn't appear to be damaged, but the cover is. He enjoyed every minute. The Salem Witch book, however, is not for younger children.
