In "Onslaught," the Yuuzhan Vong are coming, but leaders of the New Republic refuse to acknowledge the danger. Tom Mison's reading is brilliant. I had seen Mancini's "Resting" at the Art Institute of Chicago for years and marveled at its beauty and its mystery. Unlike a lot of the other reviewers, I was not impressed by this book (although I really wanted to be). He's spent countless hours studying the mysterious creatures, and just as much time exploring the wild in search of them. God knows each one of us by name, loves us each, personally. The audio book presentation of this story is amazingly well done with outstanding narration and the background music is well chosen.
